As per the Seychelles Maritime Safety Authority Act, 2019, a person aggrieved by any decision of the Seychelles Maritime Safety Authority may appeal to the Appeals Board. This appeal should be made in line with the Seychelles Maritime Safety Authority (Appeals Rules Procedure) Regulation, 2022.
